Dr. Brooke Hall, D.O.
Doctor
Dr. Brooke Hall, a proud native of Port Neches in Southeast Texas, began her healthcare journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University (Gig 'Em!). She went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center's Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM) in Fort Worth. After medical school, Dr. Hall completed her Family Medicine Internship and Residency at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth, where she further developed her expertise in comprehensive, patient-centered care. During her time at Plaza Medical Center, Dr. Hall served as Chief Resident of the Family Medicine Residency for two years, solidifying her leadership and dedication to providing exceptional healthcare.

Natasha Laney, NRCMA, NRPCT
Medical Assistant
Natasha and Dr. Hall have worked together since 2017 and are thrilled to be in a new environment where they can truly focus on the needs and well-being of their patients. Natasha has been a National Registered Medical Assistant and National Registered Phlebotomy Patient Care Tech for over ten years after graduating from Remington College. Most of her experience has been in family practice and men’s hormone replacement therapy. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and is passionate about providing high-quality care while building professional relationships with patients. Natasha enjoys helping guide our patients in their journey towards improving their health and wellness to continue the activities they enjoy with their families and friends.
